HOME WATCH: INTERIOR & EXTERIOR PROPERTY CHECKS
Our managers conduct interior and exterior property checks on a routine basis as well as for storms. They utilize an extensive customized checklist and timely email reports with photographs. This service greatly reduces the risk of unpleasant costly surprises from damage by animals, water, wind, frozen pipes, fallen tree limbs, break-ins, vandals, overflowing septic and more.
LANDSCAPING & GARDENING
Carefree Cape offers a full-service landscaping team that takes pride in maintaining your yard and gardens to the highest level. Carefree Cape’s grounds crew includes two landscapers that specialize in lawns, careful gardeners for the beds and a landscape mason.
MAINTENANCE & CARPENTRY
Our full-time handyman is in his eighth year with Carefree Cape. He is reliable, thorough and available to customers on short-notice for all sorts of repair needs. Carefree Cape also provides high-end remodeling and small-scale building projects with our choice framer, finish carpenter, flooring and other subcontractors.
HOUSEKEEPING
Carefree Cape has earned the reputation of being the “very best” cleaning service in the area. Carefree Cape is known for thorough, detailed cleaning. In fact, a few of our clients initially signed property management contracts with Carefree Cape because of the level of cleaning they saw their friends with Carefree Cape cleaners were receiving.
