Carefree Cape’s management team is not only experienced, but they are a long-term proactive staff who strive to learn each client’s preferences. Carefree Cape employs property managers, landscapers, gardeners, a full-time handyman, and detail-oriented housekeepers. Carefree Cape also utilizes top-quality, quick-responding subcontractors from a shortlist of preferred providers, such as our master electrician and plumber – both of whom have been working with Carefree Cape for many years. Carefree Cape is insured for liability and workers' compensation.

Carefree Cape was founded in 2003 to fill a need on the Upper Cape for a professional, reliable home management service that specializes in estate and vacation homes. In the intervening years, Carefree Cape has grown by consistently providing our clients an exceptional level of service that truly sets us apart.
