Carefree Cape provides property management and concierge services to homeowners on the upper Cape. We handle all the details so you don't have to. Our experienced management team will keep your property in tip-top shape. We provide 24 / 7 watch services, handle repairs, cleaning, electrical, plumbing, oversee contractors and service providers, keep your books, caretake, garden, or just manage a specific project.

Property Watch

Because you cannot be in two places at once we offer the most comprehensive on-site property watch service available. We conduct interior and exterior checks on a routine basis. If desired, we send timely email reports with digital photograph(s). With Carefree Cape property watch, you greatly reduce your risk of unpleasant costly surprises from damage by animals, water, wind, frozen pipes, fallen tree limbs, break-ins, vandals, uninvited resident animals, and overflowing septic.

Carefree Cape is available to clients 24/7 for emergency and alarm response. Upon notification, Carefree Cape will dispatch an on-site service providers or contact authorities if deemed necessary and report the results back to you immediately

Construction and Project Management

Our project supervisor is highly qualified. He is a structural engineer with more than 35 years of experience as a building supervisor for a large, Boston-based construction firm. If there's anyone you want overseeing your construction or renovation project -- it's Brian from Carefree Cape.

Other Services

In addition to our experienced property and construction managers, Carefree Cape offers our own housekeepers, gardener, painters, bookkeeper, handyman, driver and will handle any other home services with high quality preferred providers. If all you need is someone to wait for a delivery, open your home for a contractor, or to send you that special something you forgot, you can count on Carefree Cape.

Arrival Set-Up

When you finally arrive, or if you're expecting guests, the last thing you want to do is spend countless hours cleaning, doing laundry, shopping, running errands and making phone calls. Carefree Cape has the answer. Our signature arrival set-up package includes a thorough clean, food and supplies stocked, fresh linens on your beds, a comfortable climate. You can even request fresh flowers on the table and a delicious catered meal.

Departure Service

When you must leave your Cape home unoccupied for weeks or months at a time - just go! Let Carefree Cape handle the dreaded tasks of cleaning, bringing in the patio furniture, storm windows and doors, cleaning out your refrigerator, stripping beds, doing the laundry and anything else that might require assistance.
