The Carefree Cape Team

After seeing the vast need for help from homeowners and associations, in 2002 the founders of Carefree Cape set out to find a way to make home ownership on Cape Cod worry-free. With their home building, maintenance and business backgrounds, they immersed themselves in the home management and home maintenance business further -- taking courses and hands on training from experts around the country. In 2003, they pulled together a team of ten experienced professionals who together offer a confidential, personal approach to managing your home that is always flexible.

Our highly qualified management team includes a senior construction manager with 40 years of experience as building supervisor for a large, Boston-based firm; a marketing management executive, a senior software engineer with 20 years of experience; as well as an excellent master electrician and plumber -- each highly respected in their field.

Carefree Cape's currently employs 13 on-site service providers who are experienced, pay attention to detail and have an outstanding reputation for reliability. Our current service staff includes two property managers, a master carpenter, two meticulous painters, a non-medical senior care provider, professional bookkeeper, master gardener, two handymen and three housekeepers / cleaners. We also utilize high quality subcontractors from our short list of superior, preferred providers to fulfill other needs.

Each professional on the Carefree Cape team was hired for their work ethic as well as their expertise. We are insured and have all voluntarily passed state security clearances.
